The Auxiliary Act

To all citizens of the Dwarvish lands and to all who hold claim to property within said lands. By the order of Grand Marshall Lord Paragon Kjell of clan Stormhammer and under the advisory of the soon to be King Thorin of clan Grandaxe. All citizens of the Holds must conscript and form levies composed of militia that will serve as auxiliary forces within their respected Holds. As part of the Auxiliary act all Jarls and citizens must comply or be questioned save for the likes of non-Dwarven children.

The Auxiliary act shall be carried out in procedure to allow for smooth processing. This if for the defense and arming of Dwarven people along with forces, thus vital to the well being of the Kingdom against forces such as Uruks, Flay and the fabled threat Freezing Wenches.

Step 1:
All Jarls or Stewards will be contacted regarding information of the Auxiliary act and shall be supplied with application for each citizen to complete once dispersed by their Hold's Jarl.

Step 2:
All citizens are to partake in Legion supplied practices as part of the Auxiliary act. They will also be supplied with the Legion Manifest and Legion's Law: Civilian Codex for further study.

Step 3:
Upon completion of initial training all Auxiliary must complete the Legion entrance exam with half the questions correct.

Step 4:
All Jarls will receive armor as well as weapons from the Kingdom to supply the new Militia only in times of conflict and struggle, this will allow for the protection of the holds via the Auxiliary forces.

*Rosso reads the notice and laughs a bit*

"Well, this won't work in here, since all residents can just leave and return whenever they want, also, almost non of them are fighters and would just make the dwarven army look like Yak Menure. Also, from what I remember, we were allowed not to do these things, will have to talk to Ferron to sort this out, but I really doubt we will ever have all members as militia who will train with the dwarves."
