My char is an explorer, scholar, hunter and map maker. He was tould that he could get a good job with the Delvers, and that they could train him in his skills.

I was accepted.. whent to Ac'Talerath and was ignored RP, and ooc. Then was told never to comeback ooc. I understand some people will be trolls, but overall it was a very bad expreance. Personly, I was only I could understand rp, but not ooc. I feel as though the hours I spent rp-ing looking for someone to hex37 to invite me and signing up on theses fourms was a hug wast of time. Which makes me fell bad for focusing soo much on RP.  Not ony do I feel that I just wasted sevral hours RP I also feel that I wasted servral hours IRL. I do not blame the guild as a whole, but I will mostlikely not procced in joining with this character or any other.

 

Please check that, and do not get me wrong if that was completly RP, I would not care.

Seeing as I’ve been away for such a long period of time, with most of those I’ve known in Oren gone or dead. I seek to rebuild my life with those I know are still alive. On top of this, I wish to assist wherever possible with tasks that require either farming or gathering of supplies. Should it be needed.

I’ve had my fair share of unsavory alliances, as they were to protect my Kingdoms from attacks from said factions. If they need to be spoken of, I will do so with the guildmaster.

Were it that I checked on this thread more often or was actually on during the week I would have apologised a lot sooner.

It was only just brought up to my attention or subsequently slapped in my face by hex37 just a few minutes ago.

I've already told her that I was probably kidding, especially if I didn't remember it.

And so I'll say it infront of the whole forum that I WAS joking about and did not mean what I said.

While the link Hex gave me doesn't work I do think I denoted my OOC message as being a joke when I put a ":p" or ":3" next to it.

I mostly use emoticons when I think my message isn't very clear as to whether it's joking or not. So I had made an effort to say I was kidding, even if it was -obviously- vague.

Why do you wish to join the delvers?: I wish to join the arcane delvers to learn about the past of the great world we live in as well as the mysteries of the void and magic.  Being able to study such things would potentially allow me to find out why certain events in the world had occurred and how we could best prevent them from happening again.  Perhaps we may even find out the reason why the natural disasters occurred that forced us to abandon our former home of Asuron.  I also intend to use this knowledge to teach future generations about the mistakes of the past so that they need not be repeated.

in your own opinion, what is a delver?: I believe that a delver is someone that tries to gain a better understanding of a particular area through exploration and examination of a particular area, for instance in the case of the arcane delvers it would mean studying magic, the past and the void by going to potentially related locations and gathering information and artifacts.

 

If you found an artifact that could do anything, what would you want it to do?: I would want the artifact to be able to heal the wounded, cure the sick and ensure that everyone in Anthos would have enough food to live on.
