Riven rests peacefully, surrounded by several different noble houses of Ishikawa, Silverblade and Stafyr. All four houses have strong bonds and work with one another to provide a safe and pleasant atmosphere for the area. Across the mountain rests Fieldchurch, home to House Stafyr and some of the largest farming lands within the Oren empire. They provide a constant supply of food and protection along the coastal lines from raiding bandits. Riven also hosts a small bannerman force under the name of House Baelish, used in the defense of Riven, House Baelish, Silverblade and the Duchy as a whole. The bannerman force rests under sole command of the Lord of House Baelish, unless stated otherwise. Those who wish to join the bannermen in defense of Furnestock recieve the following benefits:

Caln McHarnish facepalms and mutters to himself.

"If the Baelish Bannermen are living in my barony, where the fawk are the Rangers going to sleep? Time to make yet another meeting with Duke Silverblade."

Caln releases his army of birds to pester Uthor once more.
