If one is a necromancer and you're in conflict with them, and they are a master of their art how does the RP interaction go?

 

I mean, aside from rolling, can the drain and what not be avoided?

It says in the guide that anything can be drained, though intelligent beings are more effective.

  Out of curiosity, is this the most up-to-date necromancy guide? I'm curious about the nature of a necromancer's curse, and I like to know if it still works as described in this guide.

It's just role play at current but you can't just start role playing as a necromancer, you need to learn it from someone who knows the magic. I suggest joining the group known as the Adherence of Immortui if you are interested in becoming a necromancer.

Also, following up to Sky, if you want to learn any dark arts at all, you should join the Adherency as we hold almost a monopoly of the dark arts.

Onto Necromancy, is there an exact limit on what you can resurrect, in terms of quantity and quality.

Simply goes like this, the less your raise, the stronger and longer you can hold them. The more you raise, the weaker and for less time you can hold them.
