1: Amendment; Times Of War

In this time of war, I propose a temporary Amendment that will allow Grand King Thorin Grandaxe full power over the Militaries, Economics and the Diplomatic dealings during this time of war.

The King will be able to grant any person within the Kingdom a position of ‘Councillor’ in which said person will be in charge of one of the 3 categories (Economics, Diplomacy or War) that has been assigned to him or her, in the Grand Kings name of course. Furthermore, if the Grand King finds that said person is doing poorly in his or her position or finds their work to not be of the beneficial gain of the Kingdom and the Empire’s goals, then he or she can be fired from their position by the Grand King and replaced. This requires none of the Lords votes.

The Grand King may also appoint himself into any or all of these positions during the war, and henceforth the position dissolving within the Grand King title and henceforth being under the control of the Grand King. Furthermore, the King may overrule any of the decisions that are made by any of the Councilors, be that he deem them unfit for the position or not for the benefit of the Kingdom.

Furthermore, once the war is over, all three Councillors positions are dismantled and dissolved.

Signed,

Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, son of Chaecus Grandaxe
