Letters are sent to every Chair member within the hold of Dal Cais by courier, they contain the following messages.

 

 

Dissolution of Clan Hienzriech

 

The members of Clan Hienzriech are now discharged from their meeting and attendance. Clan Hienzriech has been deemed inactive as they have not attended the recent hearings of parliament. The members of Clan Hienzriech are also nowhere to be seen within the hold of Dal Cais.

A Clan may be dissolved at any time if the Clan is sitting and there is not to be a need for them. The Chieftain and/or any members that may hold a position of importance within the Parliament shall leave the Chair without further ado.

 

Effects of Dissolution in a Clan

• The Clan ceases to exist and is demoted to a family.

• All Clan activity ceases with dissolution, and all incomplete business is terminated.

• The Parliament’s obligation to answer written questions, to respond to written petitions or to produce documents requested by the Clan ends with dissolution.

• The Clan must wait a single Elven week before presenting any document that is pursuant to any legal actions or resolution of the Clan.

• Any land they hold or held is now frozen, and in possession of the hold.
