A Secret Presentation

((Note that only the King, Lords, Naval/Legion Commanders and the war councilors are able to view this presentation))

Deep in Dwarven territory a small crowd gather. Consisting of the most powerful Dwarves in Anthos they exchange muttered confusion at each others attendance and discuss the origins of the letters they each received inviting them to this secret presentation. Standing upon an open and empty field they at first become impatient at the lack of haste their mystery host has shown. Grumbling and preparing to return to their business a younger member of the crowd claims he can hear the sound of hooves and the clatter of wheels. In time even the most hard of hearing can recognise the sound of something large headed their way through a nearby gap in the mountain.

A large shape is spotted clearing the gap. Something monstrous and dark. One of its claws raised to attack and a maw of razor sharp teeth filling its gigantic mouth. Axes are drawn and curses muttered as the great beast approaches. Mere moments from releasing a volley of bolts into its hide the creature comes into focus. A great beast yes but one made of wood! Pulled by a an entire farms worth of horses but with no Dwarf or rider in sight. The construction stops short of the Dwarves, its mighty mass blocking out the suns rays.

A silence quickly takes hold as the sound of hooves cease and the creak of wheels stop. For a moment the Dwarves exchange anxious looks. Then a creak. A swinging of hinges and the sound of footsteps fill the air. Those who had not yet put their weapons away once again raised them. Suddenly a familiar bald head appears around the side, easing himself upon the wheeled platform and standing before the crowd Lord Telchar Azaghul clears his throat and begins to speak;

"Me King, me fellow Lords un dose most important to t'e War effurt I bid ye welcome!" He glances around noting the expression of relief on some Dwarves, expression of anger on others and the expression off confusion on most. Smiling at his theatrics he continues. "Let us get straight to t'e point eh? Why be Telchar, Lord ov dese lands be standin' yere beneath t'e lion. One ov t'e symbols ov our enemy eh?. Let us be sure me brothers. T'e enemy values its symbols un flags far more dan us Dwarves. A strength ov moral dey call it. A rally point fer its soliders and a symbol ov dere power. I on t'e other 'and see it as an opportunity, a weakness un wun we should exploit!" Clearing his throat he continues. "Enuff talk thoug'. Dats t'e enemy's problem. Too much talkin' un nae enugh action! Follow me un lemme show ye why I brought ya 'ere today!". Gesturing for the crowd to follow he leads them a long the side of the Lion. Glancing up you can see that although it is a crude prototype even so it is well crafted and would easily grace a humans halls.

"A decent statue you be agreein' I 'ope. I would be a tad proud ov it if it wernt t'e enemy's sign". He spits on the statue to the further confusion of the crowd. "Now lemme show ya whut a Dwarf can do wiv t'e "strength" ov t'e enemy". Once more he leads the crowd around the side of the Lion. This is the first time you realise that the Lion is in fact only half finished. A great hole in the side shows off the structure and wood work, as well as a surprisingly large hollow area inside.

"As ya can see i 'ave maximized t'e amount ov space dis beauty 'olds inside un 'idden a 'atch fer exiting and entering it! If we could pack 'er full ov Legionarres. W'eel it up to t'e very gates ov Abresi or Salvus I bet t'e stupid dotes pride would get in t'e way. Dey would let 'er in, den at night our soldiers leap out, cause whutever mischief we need em t'e do and get em out before t'e 'umans even realised whut 'it em! W'o knows, if we are sneaky enuff 'bout it we could probably do it more dan once! I am tellin' ya, t'e right use ov dis weapon could change t'e war in a single night! I aint sayin' its a perfect design. Ya might wanna make 'er bigger or smaller. Even change t'e animal to a 'orse or sumt'ink but I present ya wiv my idea and look forward to yer responses! T'e floor is yers now my brothers!" He finally stops talking, glancing to the crowd smiling and awaiting a response.

Wulfric watches the short presentation, nodding. He looks at Delric and Roggar "Ah'm impressed"
