Kickstarted and Running 965 Share Posted July 6, 2013 The fliers are posted around Dal'Cais and the Dwarven Holds and various message boards Issued and confirmed by Lachlan Mor Elendil, Jarl of Dal'Cais and VaerHaven The residents of Dal'Cais are hereby evicted of their homes unless they join the Forces of the Iron Crown, or are approved to live by the Lord of Dread or the Dread Regent, and the Hold of Dal'Cais is now under regent control of the Lord of Dread and the Dread Regent of the Forces of the Iron Crown, while still being under control of Jarl Lachlan Mor Elendil, who is the sole and true Jarl and ruler of Dal'Cais. Dal'Cais is trusted under the protection and subordinate rule of the Lord of Dread and the Dread Regent. The Hold of Dal'Cais is hereby renamed to Urbem Terrore All residents are given ONE ELVEN DAY to gather their things, or they will be nationalized by the Iron Crown. All houses and dwellings are also to be demolished, or modified to the liking of the Lord of Dread and the Dread Regent.
