Fliers are sent out to every major city in Anthos. They are pinned to walls, Lay upon the floor and scattered around on various buildings of importance.

 

"By order of the count of Stolistes it will remain neutral in any and all conflicts between Men, Elves, Dwarves and Orcs until the threat from the North is dealt with."

 

"As such it would not be fitting for us to do something to aid in defeating whatever lies in the North and so the County of Stolistes is now accepting any and all able men and women ((This includes other races too)) to help further the cause of the living. The county is very much undeveloped with only a few houses and a small farm so there is land for people to live and businesses to be built. There is also an abundance of trees which need to be harvested to make lumber for houses and siege weapons. There is currently no military stronghold in the county so one will need to be established however the wealth of the Stolistes is available and will be used to arm any man who wishes to aid us in our fight"

Sonn Ander is a known heretic and disturbance of the peace within the Kingdom of Oren. He has previously planned rebellion in Oren and attempted to incite violence between the dwarves and humans prior to the declaration of war made a few years prior. As such, his word is not to be trusted, and if seen, he is to be arrested. Please do not listen to this violent, hateful man. If Count De Stolistes wishes for this to in fact be taken as truth, he should make it public knowledge himself.

The Stolistes prior to him is currently have internet problems so there were issues with confirmation, but Med was granted region owner, and is recognized as the owner of the land currently.))
