Definitions

What is roleplaying?: Roleplay is like acting you pretend to be someone you would like to be and go in to there mind set. You play by there morals and you do what you think they would do in any given situation.
What’s metagaming?: Metagaming is usink something you know but your character wouldn't to your advantage like if you see some tell someone else talk about there secret base, your character having no knowledge of that it would then be metagaming to walk directly to it.
What’s powergaming?: Powergaming is when in roleplaying you give another character no chance and make them do something against there will.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family:

Danos was born in the capital of the Holy Oren Empire Abresi. He never new his father and his mother died when when he was less than a year old leaving him orphaned and alone in the world. He was taken in by an orphanage with nothing but his name they brought him up. He needed a last name so on his fifth birthday they asked him to pick one he decided on the name black as he felt it was a good strong name. he lived there until the age of 12 when he was forced to leave as he was too old and they had to make space at the orphanage for the younger children. He got a job at the local blacksmiths with the help of the orphanage as an apprentice working for nothing but food and a place to sleep. He enjoyed his life for a time and hoped to own the shop one day. His life was good.

 

Then one day when he returned from the shops to find his master murdered on the floor of the shop. His meager existence was ruined by the thieves who killed his master he was found by the guards the following morning next to him finding no evidence to the contrary they immediately  arrested him.  He put up no fight and was sentenced to death. When his prisoner truck was raided by a gang of outlaws looking for something else he luckily escaped certain death.

 

He lived in the wild for 2 or 3 years enough for the law to presume him dead that is. He learned to live of the wild and how to fight from defending himself from the monsters of Anthos. He learned from his encounters with bandits the uglier side of life and grew a thick moral shell learning to care only for himself. When he returned to civilized life he found it strange all the formalities expected of him now he generally left others alone and dealt with the matters at hand. He became a guard and protected travelers and merchants going from city to city. He realized from his travels your name means a lot so he made an oath to himself that he would strive to become a well respected man and he made it his goal from now on. He left his job the next day and went of in search of his adventure.

 

What are they like (personality)?: He is generally not very trusting because of all the hardships he has endured in his life. He avoids people were he can and ignores anyone who annoys him.
What are their ambitions?: To become a notable and well respected man.
Do they have any special skills?: He is a good smith and guard as well as a keen hunter.
What are their weaknesses?: Due to his unkind and somewhat cold exterior he can be treated poorly by people because of his unkindness.
