[Auction] Strange Staff

Vane walks around the main cities putting up some posters of an odd looking staff accompanied by some writing in black ink.

 

In my most recent studies in the North as well as different locations where this foe resides I pondered upon a staff that I have not been able to uncover its secrets.

 

I'd like to sell it to the highest bidder, it'll start the bid at 500 Mina and it may only go up by 50 for the offer to be valid.
