Essentially, I've talked to the leader of this faction. In an RP conflict between myself and his people they spurred a skirmish at Storm's Crossing after stating they have taken over a portion of our land dubbing it their own.

Of course I talked to the leader of this faction (Leonidas) and we established some ground rules, this is not a warclaim... But simply a raid rule agreement that will negate the need for a VA. The rules are as followed...

Raid Rules:

1. Attackers can have maximum of 5 Players

2. Defenders can have a maximum of 10 Players

3. Raiders may not steal from chests after victory

4. Raids can only occur at significant structures (No road harassment)

5. Both parties can Raid each other twice a day (No extra counter attacks)

6. Both sides are allowed to have allies to act as a buffer for ranks

7. Allies may not form their own raid party to fight alongside a current raid party

Current Significant structures:

Storm's Crossing

Aytosia (Barbarian Village)

War zone:

The zone will extend from the North border bridge all the way back South to the great wall (Which is incomplete) Only at these areas can a conflict begin, there cannot be attack on the roads (Unless the road is in front of the structure)

Lacedaemon of the "Barbarian" people laughs obnoxiously. The Aytosians gathered around chuckle as they lift their mugs filled to the brim.

 

"We 'ave lived here for years! The dwarves, after so long, threaten our existance! Aros guide our blades for we will not retreat! Us proud warriors will fight to the bitter end even if it means defeat! Too bad this pusseh right here got ah problem with his manhood."

 

He jerks his thumb at an Aytosian who was shuffling nervously and suddenly a fight breaks out. Mugs are thrown and ale splashes against the walls. The slaves would have a nice mess to clean after being whipped for not cleaning it fast enough while the fight was occuring.
