A letter sits on the desk of the new owners of High Oak, it is presumed abandoned as of now.

 

"Dear Mistah/Miss Biggun, 

     I wish t' be gran'ed permission t' deconstruct the awful empty town o' "High Oak". We would like t' claim the whole moun'ain an' fores' for Lenfarthin'. Please send a return lettah t' Eldah Bolo Willowbo'om with ya decision. The town will be turned int' a fores' or somethin'.

Elder Bolo looks to the mountain scarred with many pounds from the missing bell that fell from "neglect" and "old age" as the rumor went. He laughed, and begin to map out the area and find some workers to pay to get rid of the town when given the go ahead.

​Bogdanistan sees a small raven with a letter attached, addressed to the King of Ruska.  He takes the letter, throwing it into his pouch and makes his way up the stairs of the Krelmstad.  Slowly wobbling past the Hallski and into Siegmund Carrion's Bedroom.

 

"Good Carrion-Lord-King-Man, there is letter from midget of midgets, the mighty midget."

 

The King of Ruska lets out a grunt, attempting to rise from his bed, however Bogdanistan assists him back into bed, then rubbing the daily "holy-paste" onto the forehead to provide Spiritual Healing of the mind.  He shakes his head, slowly walking towards Siegmund's Desk.  He unfolds the letter, begining to read the letter, letter by letter.  He takes a piece of parchment, along with a quill and inkwell and writes a reply.

 

Grand midget of midgets, wish for land of High Oak.  Do not wish to help with deconstruction of one town, but wish to take land as own, as have said.  Is Ruska Land, true land belonging to Most Holy Kingdom of Ruska.  Will not have land, for do not trust midget of midgets.  Have paid great sum of land for removal of Adunian from premises.  Borders are secure, and will stay secure.  Will not jeopardize annihilation of Human race by race of midgets so midget of midget can come and take land and Kingdoms.  Do not trust of intentions.  Will ease burden of removal of Adunian from premises   But in place will place War Camp and Fort to make launching of Siegery at Good Mother Ruska.  Do not trust intentions, and land will not have.  Mother Ruska will remove town, in time.
