Balboa Bay Towers is offering small affordable apartments in Gallmore,as well as two shops. We are looking for tenants that are active, and will be able to pay their rents on time. Prices of the following apartments slightly increase, as the the height of the tower increases due to view preferences. 

 

Ground Floor:

 

Shop 1: 100 minas per Elven week rent.

 

Shop 2: 100 minas per Elven week rent.

 

Floor 1:

 

Small Apartments 1 and 2: 50 minas per Elven week rent.

 

Floor 2:

 

Small Apartments 3 and 4: 55 minas per Elven week rent.

 

Floor 3:

 

Small Apartments 5 and 6: 60 minas per Elven week rent.

 

Floor 4:

 

Small Apartment 7: 70 minas per Elven week rent.
 

The Scott Family feels that these prices are considerably low [Considering you can vote for minas...] for small luxury apartments, and asks you kindly to consider the low price and the valuable location before deciding whether or not you want to rent an apartment.
