A Call To The King's Councillors[!]

High Remembrancer Fariken Irongut had just come back from a meeting with Grand King Dizzy, and he was tired. Before resting however,he sat down at his desk and took out a sheet of paper and a piece of charcoal. Gathering his thoughts, Fariken began to write out the letter.

'Greetings my fellow Councillors, it has come to my attention that the King's Council has not met in many years, allowing a flow of information between us to come to a standstill. I propose we begin meeting on the last day of every Elven Week, just after noon. We can have our discussions, a hearty meal, and a pooling of information. I hope that all of you can attend, however, if you cannot it is expected for you to send a second in command, or a trusted individual who knows what information you plan to present.

After giving his sore wrists a rubbing, Fariken set down to write another letter to Jarl Rosso and King Lachlan.

'Greetings to you, noble land holders within the Grand Kingdom. Since you have always been considered unofficial members of the King's Council, I invite you to attend our meetings at the end of every Elven Week, just after noon. We hope you will come and share your grievances, information, and concerns over a hearty meal. If you find yourself unable to attend this meeting, feel free to send a second in command, however it is not required.

Sighing, Fariken finished the last letters and got up out of his desk. Taking a look around, Fariken plodded on up to his room and began his relaxing sleep.
