  1. As the Legate of Balian frowned at such a declaration, the Count of San Adriano would've gritted his jaws and summoned a nearby servant. "Write down these words. House Temesch will march with our King and Country. Ave Balian, Long Live the King."
  2. TRAVEL ADVISORY: ON THE MATTER OF THE HEARTLANDS Issued, Averred and Ratified in the year 120 BA BY THE OFFICE OF THE LEGATE & IMMIGRATIONS TO THE CITIZENS OF BALIAN, The office of the Legate and Immigrations, on the behalf of the Crown of Balian thusly issues an urgent warning to all of its domestic and foreign residents and citizens alike. Due to the continuous conflict and changing political landscape inside the Petran and Aunic areas of the Heartlander Confederation. These territories are hereby deemed by the offices as extremely unstable and unpredictable due to the ongoing chaos that is being caused by partisan disputes. We urge you, the citizens of Balian, not to visit any areas of Petra, as your safety remains our foremost concern. There are significant hazards involved with visiting these regions of conflict, therefore if at all possible, one should proceed with extreme caution should they travel to the regions for what reasons they might have. It is mutually recommended by the Department of Immigration and the Office of the Legate that any arrangements for travel to Petra be postponed and delayed until the situation settles considerably. Given the risks that the present political unrest poses, we advice and implore you to put your safety first. If you must travel to Petra for any reason at all, we urge you to be extremely cautious and to take all essential steps to secure your safety. We do, however, strongly advise delaying any trips until after law and order have been restored. Those who are expected to travel to these regions at this time are only the officers, ambassadors and diplomats associated with the Office of the Legate as it is their duty, yet even this is to be done with extreme caution. Thus for the moment, the Heartland confederation is hereby labeled as a Phase III nation. As the matter’s in the Heartlands proceeds, the outlined Phases will be shifted to represent such. Her rulership of the House has been pivotal in truly shaping and ushering this house into a new era and a prosperous era. It should come to no surprise and with all of her works, the Count Temesch hereby declares the ascension of the Countness-Consort into her rightful position as Countess and added into the line of Temesch succession. 9. The Viscount of San Adriano, with much recent ongoings had found himself far too engrossed within his desk as parchments and missives after missives had left him irritated, yet he persisted without a break until a living broom alongside a doll of the viscount himself, creations of Cosima’s housemagery found itself causing a ruckus until they struck the desk of the viscount and spilt forth ink upon his parchments.. his eyes rising and meeting the two living things offering a momentary ire before he released a soft sigh in guilt, commenting, “I have heard little from your creator recently.. I do wonder how she fares..” It was only then that the viscount would be privy to the words of his mother who he seemed to react too as his eyes widened to the words she spoke, reaching forth to take the parchment from her hands, his eyes would quickly scan over such a document and soon a smile that had rarely been seen appear upon the visage of the Viscount recently would soon appear, wider and larger then ever before, one filled with both joy and pride as his head bobbed vehemontly. "This is Net something that we shall miss. I will pen her immediately and we will attend without a shadow of a doubt. This is necessary and very important to this house." - "Congratulations and presents are in order." @Lirinya @FireAGN @comatoseprincess
  10. A LETTER TO THE CROWN OF BALIAN: ON THE MATTER OF THE SEGNORIA Issued and averred on the 9th of Sigismund's End, 116 BY THE HOUSE TEMESCH ET MARTIEL TO THE CROWN OF BALIAN, The recent surge of the Senate in providing the Kingdom of Balian has seen it prove instrumental in the offering of legislative governance to the Kingdom, a grand result has been yeilded of a grand instiution that has been waved into the tapestry of Balian. However, with the surge of the Senate, an institute known as the Segnoria of Balian of the Council of Peers has been overshadowed and casted aside in it's duty to provide the Kingdom of Balian with aiding to the state due to it's lack of activity. The Segnoria has not seen much action since the conception of the senate due to issues of it's own and whilst it has been the duty of the Segnoria to advice since it’s first conception under the leadership of our late Majesty, the King Alexander I of Balian such has not been taking place. The Segnoria has stood as an arm of our former and current Majesties' council's, alongside the Duana and the Senate, however in the format of the Segnoria, the voices of the peerage were granted a platform to speak and advice on the matter of legislation and governance. Yet in recent times this has not been so. The senate has provided the citizenry and peerage a voice of it’s own and it resonates loudly through the streets of Balian, yet whilst one can sit and mull over the lack of activity that our Segnoria has failed to amass in recent times, and thusly, it is the duty of the sworn peers to see it’s resurgence into relevancy once more. Thus, with the mass changing of leaderships and the shifts in the mantles that have been passed through every house, I am hopeful that the once mighty Segnoria that has recently collecting dust is able to once more, alongside the Senate itself be able to work as a stern, advisory body of our beloved Kingdom, as it was witnessed by our late Majesty, Alexander I’s vision for the Segnoria, “His Royal Majesty, Alexander I, alongside both his Royal Duana and the noble Peerage of Balian, hereby establish a higher level of Government involvement from the Peers of Balian in directing the efforts that shape the future of Balian. This newfound entity will be called The Segnoria.” Excerpt from the document known as “The Segnoria of Balian.”, HRM Alexander I & HL Peter d’Arkent, 51 B.A. And it is to this end, I form this letter, to the crown of the realm, that the House Temesch et Martiel formally wishes to call forth a meeting of the peers of the realm to select the next Al Gran Don to push forth this new era of the Segnoria to be one of relevance in this Kingdom’s governance by the wisdom, blessing and approval of the Crown itself. Ave Balian, Long Live the King. 18. "Another day where another sibling must leave the viscounty.. the tragedy.." To another Temesch union!"
  19. A hastily written letter, alongside the delievery of multiple old wines and drinks would be delievered to the Grand King, with the letter reading. "To the Grand King THURGRIM SILVERBRAID, I must pen you a deep apology out of embarrassment for the mistake carried out by the penning of the name upon letter and I must profusly apologise for such a mistake made. It is reassured to the Grand King that no such mistake should be made and he may enjoy the gifts of apology delievered to himself. Signed, The Office of the Legate."
  20. The Royal-Legate, much too stunned from the events that transpired before him had looked down to his shaking hands, the death of his father was surpressed far below yet the death of someone who had mentored him ever since his arrival into the southern lands had all but exposed the very emotions he bottled deep down. There was much he wished to learn from the now late Queen, much he wished to question, much he wished to witness with her as a figure yet it had all but dissipated in the blink of an eye and he was left standing, reeling from the loss he felt from a mentor who he knew for so little time, yet had taught him so very much. He legate who often had much to say could find no words for a moment like this, instead it was a time like there where he mourned for the loss of a true monarch and the loss of a mentor, much as the whole cannonist kingdom did the young, August find himself in mourning, lightning a candle each night for the loss of a true Queen and whispering the words, "Gott save the Queen.. Ave Balian.."

  23. The Temesch who looked so alike his father had been silent for days preceding such an announcement, he hadn’t been isolated, there was far too much taking place for a proper bout of mourning, days preceded and he continued on, withholding his emotions inside until the day came where he finally cracked, but such a day would not be close, not until much of what were taking place had all but been a figment of the past, “Not now.. Not now.” Was all he spoke, his attempts to put on a facade and continue as normality would dictate was all in vein to the many who would recognize the subtle shifts in the legate, his mannerisms, his silence, his continued trances, it all betrayed his facade of being fine, it was undeniable that he was affected by such a sudden loss, after-all how could one not be, despite this however, he knew a time for mourning was not current. Yet a candle was lit each passing night within San Adriano, a silent prayer uttered for the former Viscount who led the house as he had.
