I played a lot on this server in 2021 and 2022. I haven't been active for 3 years, but feel free to ask me anything if you wish. Little bit late to when I first played on the server, the first day I actually rp'd on the server was July 19th 2021.

Responding to your point about pvp default here. I think the good thing about defender default is if you don't have a few hours to CRP the situation out PVP is a good option since it offers a quickier and less ooc argument prone solution Yeah I don't get why there isn't a rule about how long you have to emote in CRP. This would help with stalling. The No metagaming rule and don't go afk rule are very easy to loophole and aren't specific enough which means the mods have to have a half hour discussion to reach any verdict relating to a lot of conflict situations.

Hey man though I never got to know you, I find you story highly relatable. I guess now that I look back on it LOTC does teach you a few lessons especially when it comes to being social. However, I feel like a lot of people use LOTC to fill a lack of social interaction in real life. To anyoneone reading this who doesn't have many IRL friends and haven't really taken a break longer than 6 months please do trust me you will realize it once you do. After quitting the server in August 2022 I noticed that I was able to achieve many social goals that I had. I have had a lot of new experiences and have made a lot of new friends as well as I have noticed that my physical fitness improved similar to your situation. Best of luck in your endeavors going forward I hope that you are able to achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life!

Just like in the real world the experiences of a character can shape their beliefs on certain issues. If roleplayed correctly a character can be homophobic because of negative interactions with LGBTQ individuals. But I think homophobia is fine as long as there isn't any OOC prejudice involved. Same for sexism, racism whateverism etc. This should be left up for moderator discretion on a case by case basis, Hopefully multiple moderators can come to a consenus on every case as this is could be a very subjective issue.
