Ludwig von Bardenwig was born in the house of Bardenwig alongside his brother Ulric von Bardenwig. Ludwig was born a Waldenian and was taught vigorously of the Waldenian way of life and the code of their people. Ludwig was born in the Kingdom of Haense before moving to Oren to the city of New Providence. He was raised by war one could say; after the loss of his brother Ulric, he vowed to protect his family and that no one else would die on his watch. Ludwig’s father died in the Brothers War fighting on the side of the Imperials, which would sadden Ludwig forcing him to find family in other places. Later he would meet with his Cousins Helwig von Bardenwig and Bernhard von Bardenwig, moving with them to Sedan during the Arentanian Exodus.
