Freya, just tell them to set the world region to fire spread off, honestly it isn't hard. The GM's have to be incompetant or stupid to not know how, and realize that cooking is nearly impossible.

I say this because I know they're not that, but I don't know what the hold up is. It takes like 15 seconds to do it.
