  1. Lyuin Avern quietly enters the tea-house, bowing his head slightly to the Sohaer as a sign of respect before going to take a seat at one of the empty chairs. He takes a moment to make sure his robes are without crease and that he looks fabulous. He glances to each person attending the meeting intently listening to the conversation. ~~
  2. Isaac Baelish growls from behind his helmet. The sound echoing around the room as he stands abruptly, his shoulders rising and falling as he recovers after drawing on his connection for power. "I agree, we learnt from the Alrasian shrine that one must place wards anywhere we want to keep safe." "I struggle to see how a Cleric trained in the art and making suggestions about the very future of our Order fails to take the most basic safety provisions." Drawing his arming sword carefully, he rolls his shoulders and adds. "I fear that mistake may be intentional. Regardless, Mandru...we shall find him yes?"
  3. Isaac Baelish enters, the visor of a steel close-helmet concealing his face. The robes he wears are familiar to Jakir, Mandru and other Clerics of the order. Glancing to each member and nodding curtly to Ivanus he adds softly. "I'm sorry for my lack of apt timing." Carefully he moves to the corner making note of the un-familiar Clerics waiting quietly for the word of a wizened Cleric like Mandru or the Itharel known better to Isaac as Daniel.
  4. Huwel Adaelson grins wolfishly upon reading the notice. He rolls his eyes once before curtly turning on his heel and walking away. "Bloody kids, they probably weren't even fighting back then...nether, half the bloody Elves who claim to have been in Aegis I never saw...and I saw a lot of bloody Mali." He pauses, his ramblings trailing off into mutters for a moment. He then smiles grimly again. "Never thought I'd say I missed them but...a firm application of a new Rose may teach these damned idiots a lesson."
  5. A character guide useful in multiple areas of role-play or even writing. Plus le one.
  6. Isaac Baelish (or Lyuin Avern if you'd prefer), grumbles about the pain as he remains in his home at Tahn'siol. The very whisperings being similar to the message the Sohaer had previously rambled only an Elven day ago. Duly noting it he mutters quietly concluding that something wants the descendants to hear the message.
  7. Indeed, I believe this should be brought back as it will create more military RP as players will have to actually develop tactics and their personal character PVP build. Yes ironically, this is coming from a strong believer in RP when possible. However I believe a greater level of customization will allow military RP to thrive and will actually allow people to feel they're fighting as their characters rather than a scrub in iron armor who is clicking desperately. By this I mean: Your rangers will be in their leather hides and have their bows. AKA tailored to their character. The Knights will be on horseback in their plate, flanking the enemies line and acting as an anvil against the enemy. Etc etc, I'm much more inclined to PVP if I feel as if I'm playing my character how he should be played. :)
  8. A wolfish grin splits on Huwel Adaelson's features as he hears about the Arcane Vigils. Taking a moment he lowers his pipe, he sluggishly rolls his shoulders and stands. "Well, ain't that something?" He mutters as he tugs on the collar of his trenchcoat.
  9. Just limit the amount of TNT one can use or just limit it to count as siege equipment. I love some TNT as long as you don't have a character barreling around the map with inventories full of it who chooses to explode everything that stands in his way.
  10. Lyuin's ventures beyond the wall had lasted only a brief time. However it was the night upon his return he first noticed...'them.' They came as shadows of sorts, least the rational mind or one inexperienced with matters of this nature would perhaps choose to define it as such a thing. Lyuin doubted they were such a thing. It was during the nights where he chose to ignore the dried-cracked ground created by the drought that he thought he heard the wails of children. The notion he dismissed, hearing such a thing was not a healthy sign. It was not until he was weary that he thought he could make out a set of red eyes glaring out from the immense darkness that surrounded the area. Shuddering he quickly retreated inside, telling himself it was simply caused by fatigue. As he lay awake, he shuddered repeatedly, his eyelids drooping as he slid into an uneasy sleep. He was plagued by images of the darkness, it's scarlet eyes bore into his mind. The teeth, set in a sickly grin. His eyes snapped open, the previous images flashing in front of him like a psychopathic highlight reel of the moments before. Breathing out a sigh of relief and a nervous chuckle,he straightened his posture, moonlight pouring through the window. He was parched with thirst, so he craned his neck to take the mug of water that sat on his table. Then at that moment, he finally saw the sickening red eyes outside his windows and once again a yell filled his ears. This time, it was his.
  11. Wait but Oberyn Martell poisoned his spear and is seen driving it into the back of Gregor's knee. That doesn't relate...at all to PVP. :'D The RP one made me lose it though. xD It is very true.
  12. The one thing I could see going wrong. Is when people are trying to achieve an objective like: "I want to murder the Noble." Then let us pretend that the Noble doesn't want to die he oocly goes against whatever Noble murderer wants to do so he can preserve his life. In most situations it will work fine but there's some flaws just as there always will be with combat. Still a mature idea.
  13. Dunno if Aegis would be possible as I think it got wrecked but the RP of one of my characters being seeing it and going: "So this is what Aegis was." Or perhaps my first character returning with a look of: "Mother of God." Would be fun. I like the boats the most though. It's better than the typical event that takes us to a new land in the space of several hours.
  14. They'll probably get a buff like the classic resistance to magic which so many fantasy games give.
  15. The picture needs more Lyuin.
  16. Lyuin chuckles lightly at that, raising a hand dismissively. "I shall do what I can, however I feared the basement dimensions of each home would be unique. I may require materials and am interested in where I may acquire them..."
  17. Lyuin Avern sighs, resisting the urge to raise his tone in annoyance at being pointed out about his so-called 'basement modfications.' "Okarir'leyun, I apologize if you believe I made these modifications but you believe wrongly. When I was given access to this home, the basement was in the condition it is now." He pauses for a moment. "I am more than happy to restore it to an appropriate standard but I have little idea of it's original dimensions. I also don't have access to many of the locked chests left by previous owners."
  18. Pretty useful for those who need skinning tips but I' get this weird problem where for some reason, it applies a white background to anywhere I don't draw on the skin basically meaning even if I erase the white it re-appears in game.
  19. Lyuin Avern would ominously place a hand on the hilt of his sword noting Tundrak's arrival. He mumbles "Isn't a handful roughly a quart of their populace?"
  20. Carefully, Lyuin Avern enters the inn, he exchanges a brief nod of acknowledgement to those within. He places himself against the side-wall. Standing quietly with his hands folded in front of him. He begins watching the various Mali' enter.
