Mcname: augor1 Forum Name: Augor Time Zone: Central. GMT -6 About how long have you been on the server? Over two years. I have quite a bit of experience of myself. Why you want to be an AT member? The application team is an extremely important part of the server. They are the gateway that all new members are faced with, and the gate that all must pass. Because of this, most players remember the person that accept them to the server, and, hopefully, they remember that person giving them advice, or helping them improve or add to their application. This ties into my experiences with the application team. I personally remember the person that accepted me to this server. It has been over two years, and that particular person has not been on this server, and has not been active, for such a long time, yet, I remember them, and I remember them assisting me, and guiding me through the process. I would also like to guide new applicants through this process. Nurturing a new player through the processes of joining the server, and getting them into the action, and the enjoyment, of roleplay within the server. I believe that I am level minded, and can treat new players equally, and aid them in the process of travelling through the process. The most direct way to aid these people directly, and impact them in a positive manner, is to join the application team, which is my intention upon the creation of this post. So, my final intention for joining the application team is to assist players directly through their first adventure in LotC, while remaining a level-headed, app reviewing machine.

Let's see how this turns out, I suppose. It's no time to judge.

Name: Relai Ethil'onn ((MCName)): augor1 Origins of your birth, and your place of living: I was born in a small home in Asulon with my Maln and Haelun, they were pure, naturally. As I grew older, I became more curious, and began visiting the Valah provinces. Now that I look back on it, I realize it was a wretched choice, yet in my young age I conversed with them, and made friends, allies, you could say. I knew that they would die, I suppose, and I knew that my Maln and Haelun would frown upon a majority of my actions with them. Yet, one by one, I saw these old allies, these old friends, die. During that time, I realized how true what my Maln and Haelun and told me, about keeping pure, and keeping away from the savages and wildings that roam the land. So, over a hundred years since the start of my story, I am here, writing upon this table within the Silver City, the home of my kind. How can you declare you are Mali'thill? Well, naturally my appearance is of some proof. I believe the signs of being impure are rather prominent, yet, I can show that I am pure through acts of dedication as well. Why do you wish to become a citizen of our cihi? It is the place of my people, truly. It is a place where we can remain civilized, and pure. I firmly believe in the phrase Elthil'onn, or "The Pure Born." it is a phrase that represents our people well. I believe that we must uphold the Mali'aheral way, the true way, to the best of our abilities, and that phrase simplifies it well. What is the subject of the first book you may submit to the college? Currently, I have nothing of particular note, yet, I assure you, that if I find something interesting I will be sure to report it to the college. Poetry and stories have never been my thing, and I prefer a good informational book, yet, alas, I do not hold any knowledge that may be of great use to the College. I will find some with time though, I am sure. What would be your reaction if you ever saw a human, orc and unknown Mali'aheral travel the Anthos Highway together? Well, naturally I would be rather disgusted, and I would leave the area quickly, before any klomping or mating occurred. That was a rather horrific mental image. It's good, but it's a bit surprising that people really need to know what to do in case of people breaking the rules. You would think that would come with common sense, but hey, guides are nice too.

I have a legitimate question here, are Dreadknights magic users? We have no real advantage in PvP, when in RP, we are massive near unstoppable forces of steel, not to mention our Aura of Fear, which is a form of illusion magic.

Been there, done that. Good guide, though, this really does make roleplay more interesting.

Rawrych trides down the road, the crowd scattering as they see him approach, as he nears the body, he takes a moment to look at the scene before him, not normally interested in corpses aside from those he killed himself. He realizes that it is the corpse of Vuln, his Dark Elven follower, some words rumble outwards from the void that is his mouth, giving all near pause. "It is a shame, truly. I suppose he simply could not handle the Truth." Rawrych turns, body screaming outwards in discontent, he continues down the road, not another word said.
