      Nahh. They're just fairly confident (with right to be so) that they have the manpower to sustain it. I think active settlement/tile ratio is still the largest for Oren.

      The Ruthern castle in the part of Oren west of dwarf the dwarves is incorrectly placed. Rytsburg is at that location, The Ruthern castle is in the far south east corner of the territory.
