Is Frost Elf a playable race? Because I just got shown a screenshot of a guy playing a frost elf....

Frost Elf is not a playable race. You should inform him of that to change his race, for if he fails to do so, contact a GM.

You can play a race not inside a normal boundry with GM permission, that's probably why his VA was accepted
