    Who would like to see the Sages re-formed? Of course, with other ways of wielding magic besides being blessed with it and not with the previous members. They'd hold the same motives and such, with some minor changes. State opinions.

    Scythes are not used for combat. I hope I won't be seeing a lot of people using them for such.

      When I mean lop-sided and heavy I mean theres a giant sheet of metal sticking out of the side of a large wooden stick; that is a scythe. An axe is heavy, but to balance it is much, much easier. Thats why axes were used as weapons, because their balance and weight gave an advantage.

      You cannot possibly make a good four attacks with a scythe without straining yourself, it's too lop-sided and doesn't work properly.

      Billhook started off as a tool but was later used as a weapon against armoured knights. It's slightly similiar to a scythe, but not by much.

      I imagine scythes or any other farming tools with blades would be used for combat by farmers or angry peasant mobs, so it can be used as a make-do weapon.

    Question for Gaius and/or any Loremasters: Is there any existing blood mages or blood mage servants still roaming the lands, and if so, is it still possible to become one? I've not seen any activity from them and I want to start them up again, they generated good role-play.

      A group that derives from the blood mages is the dread knights. However their leader hasn't been online for about two weeks. Technically they still exist but as far as I know, no actual blood mages do.
