    There's something a lot like this already being developed, while not a guild, all of the focus aimed here is already built into the academy. If possible, it might be best to work around the academy focus, and possibly try to accept bards to the guild that have graduated from the academy.     All you really need are Fraps and Windows Live Movie Maker - From there it goes into how deep you want to get with the quality or editing, but personally Fraps and WLMM work well for a lot of people.
