Do passive mobs in LotC scar the land (no more spawning of this mob for a certain region) the same way vanilla minecraft does?

Quick Question: Is there such a thing as Elven alloys? It seems to be a type of metal that when made into armor you are able to climb around branches and run very quickly. I'd appreciate it if someone could confirm this.

I'd like more racism (RP wise) in LotC,

Today I found something my eyes have only withnessed once, the so called: "Off-Topic Forums". The voices are strong, they request me to join them, I could soon become an Old Hat, but is it worth the price?

Can a thief steal from a chest that is only locked with a sign? I do have 2b, but getting a GM just for this seems like a waste of time, considering the waiting time.

So, who wants to make an RP fighting guide?

I hope we REALLY learn from this time. Too many occassions where people leave because of all the drama, then it stops. For wathever reason no one seems to understand how much this hurts the server and just do it again.
