    I feel like the community thinks you aren't a good enough villain if you don't want to put the time into making a VA. I'm happy they're gone, and only because they were an obstacle to fun RP, not any other reason...

      Wardog, not everyone likes to write a small essay in order to allow another group of players to judge if they are 'good enough' to be evil.

      There is nothing wrong with someone critiquing your role-play and providing feedback. The Villain Applications served this purpose.

      But its not that some people 'cannot be bothered' some people don't have the time. As Snowman said they served as an OOC barrier that excluded many people who either could not write one, or did not have the time.
