      ^^ Actually, I'm pretty sure the rules state that if you say something in RP to someone, and that person keeps running, that does not initiate PVP

      IM pretty sure "Halt" is not enough RP to be able to start PVP, A qoute from the rules "However, yelling at a running player that is not involved in your roleplay to stop or fight is not grounds to PvP them if they do not stop."
