Gets a pinch on the hand. I never heard of a GM waving punishments. I don’t care who it is that’s getting the punishment, it’s just that if it’s assigned then it can’t be waved.

GMs can waive punishments depending on a number of factors. ‘If it’s assigned then it can’t be waived’ isn’t a good policy, especially if evidence that was previously omitted or unknown to the case then surfaces.

Well it just looks like both sides were at fault and to the extent it went, with some unknown factors behind it, I feel both sides should have received punishment. I was in the discord when they plotted about how to take the land away, it was messed up. Then I saw how jollyb acted and I thought it was downright unprofessional, it immediately looked suspicious to me.
