I was exaggerating, they can talk but their speech isn't as developed as some in LOTC. 

For some reason, everyone who wants to rp a child either tries to rp them as a little psychopath or a tiny Rambo lol. Some children in real life may be really nasty, but you'd be hard-pressed to find many outright bloodthirsty kids. You'd also have a hard time finding kids willing to mouth off and act all brave in front of armed soldiers. Yet, every kid in lotc is just the bravest thing on the planet lol, and they all talk like they're about 20. It's like they all base their characters off of either Scrappy Doo or some kind of murderous anime child character.

I got mugged by psychopathic 12 year olds the other day!
