No..This traces back to the schism war and even before with a legit RP term 'exterminatus' where dwarves were legitimately considered to be the bane of the server by the populous of Oren. It was upon them to completely and utterly remove us from the server and has been in various other flings and fads to try to add a notch to the belt. There is no blaming of one side or the other the problem started exactly in Oren no where else. Don't even begin to say otherwise. All that you see in this war is a response not only RPly but yes OOCly to the frustration of the consistent OOC imperialism seen in much of the core leader player base of the empire. this too

Whats funny is that these concerns were not addressed when communities were torn down by Oren in OOC. Now there is a very real possibility that Oren loses and suddenly they're the ones concerned for their role-play when they time and time again refused to give any regard to any other community that wasn't under them.

I'm for exploring alternatives to the one time capping issue I'd prefer more prolonged bits of combat. They're a lot more fun and could allow for a more consistent and accurate result from combat than just a wave once a day. As for the whole 8-0 Oren thing. I won't say that the reason for it is the system. Its not. Oren beat our side's forces on multiple occasions fair and square. However, in the midst of PvP having the entirety of the Oregonian force come and go in 20 minutes isn't fun at all its not battle s or war zone its capping a point and leaving. Shortest game of domination So yea lets try it out if majority believes its a good idea.

These things swing both ways. The coup of Petrus, the situation with courland, the cancellation of dreadlander war claim, the list goes on. The pendulum swings both ways and it hit hard for Oren this time around. It doesn't mean that the staff is bias, but simply that they made decisions that didn't favor one side. You want a team that is neutral and at the same time involved with the player base. Its hard to find. In Tahmas' case, he was involved in role-play with a side in a war and from then on out was labeled as bias. Confirmation Bias describes an idea taking hold in someone's mind where all actions are quickly labelled to that idea. It's textbook. I see you read 1984 freshman year too as everything is now Orwellian.

Man I argued with Tahmas last weekend about the war claim we don't always agree. To say that my opinion is completely invalid due to my position is shortsighted to say the least. Could say the same about Maly and the rest of those against Tahmzas. This is an open topic where all opinions are valid so lets discuss not devalue.

High flung statements of claimed bias as a result of unfavorable decisions to you and your player base's goals is not bias, but simply reprimanding for negative action. Tahmas is not nearly the worst admin we've ever had. He's not nearly even a bad one. He works diligently staying in all teamspeaks available for a word if need be. He is the target of scapegoating as suddenly the admin team rules against Oren. As soon as that happens it must be bias. This post screams confirmation bias. It screams high horse. @Tahmas don't resign. This is simply adversity in the face of a changing staff team that doesn't necessarily inherently favor Oren. There is still a large group of players that is very much in favor of your position and a large group who is simply standing by at it. The vocal minority is not the majority. As for the claims of no evidence. There is clear evidence evidence enough that those who were being victimized felt uncomfortable posting it in fear that people like you and your friends would target them further. I'm in favor of the defense of such people who fear even speaking out. There is a large amount of pent up anger in this post that can only be a result of the fact that you are not getting your way in a world that can only go your way. My suggestion is simply to speak with the staff team more on this instead of tin foiling and demanding removal with high flown diction and accusation of someone who for once is actually doing their job.
