No, he has a pretty valid point. It caters to deity magic users currently, and seems very interconnected with Aengudaemons. I, however, don't particularly mind as a cleric, considering we haven't gotten events for a very very very long time. Druids, pallies, and Ascended may differ in experience, but that's whats up. And we're only put into a very specific part of the roleplay: the harvesters. We can't do anything about the plague, and the clouds weren't able to be dealt with by us. That's on everybody else.

It's pointless trying to argue fairness when dealing with LotC, it's pointless trying to argue anything unless you're on the inside. Trying to curry playerbase favour is similarly pointless because they have no more power than you do. The only way to influence the GM team is to get a GM on your side.
