Cappy's merit of being promoted to admin was that he follows rules to a tee. Surely recent events have proven he is just as impulsive and prone to acting without consideration for any rules actually being broken as any other?
I've never been Cappys biggest fan I have to admit, but his track record kind of tells us he's a hardass when it comes to the rules and quite frankly we need an admin like that. Though I think Burk shouldn't have been banned IMO a ban report wasn't needed.
