Dynamism is good but it has its limits, that is when stability is needed.

Getting rid of nation designation and letting RP ebb and flow on it's own. Don't destroy builds of nations or freebuild for inactivity unless they are seriously dead. If a nation is truly a nation then it doesn't need OOC vindication or RP protection. What you call stability others call stagnation. A lot of people, including myself, find turbulence and turmoil to be more important than the same nations doing the same thing forever and always.
