Now over the past couple of mayors this great city has started to crumble back to its former state, the taxes are not getting collected thus brining no revenue into the city. How are you as citizens supposed to get lower taxes and better homes if the city has no money to provide such things? If I get elected I will assure a sufficient flow of money is brought back into the city, I will make Felsen the great trading hub it can be. Great changes will be made to all C class houses and every house in Felsen will be B class or higher, don't panic and think this will mean price changes, if you own a C class house you will get your house renovated for free.If I get elected the only price changes that will happen will be A class houses sold for the price of B class houses and B class houses sold for the price of C class houses. This will ensure that you get decent quality houses for decent prices. As some of you may know, if someone fails to pay their taxes for a certain amount of time they will be evicted and their goods will be seized. However once the goods have been seized all they do is clutter up the city storage, I want to introduce an new way to free the storage up and give people the chance to get low price items, I will do this by auctioning all seized goods at the end of each elven week. Anyone will be able to come along and bid but fear not, if you still want to place bids but could not make the auctions every unsold item will be posted and left on the city notice board ((Put on a forum post)). In my second term of mayor if I was to be elected I will address the fact that the outside of Felsen’s main gate can be considered an eyesore, I will revamp and revitalise the buildings and nature around the countryside, creating a nicer more inviting farming village surrounding the path ahead of the city. I will also introduce the civilian council, this will be a select group of citizens that have weekly meetings with the mayor and head steward to discuss any concerns or ideas about the city, there will be benefits for council members as they will have lowered taxes and a say towards changes in or around the city. Having this council will provide a way for the city to be developed in the eyes of the people who live in it. As you may have seen the Felsen guard has started to thrive recently, this is due to the great productivity of the leadership. However they are massively under geared, I will guarantee the guard force get the gear and supplies they not only need but what they deserve. This will be accomplished by deals with smiths and miners to produce the goods we need. If I get elected there will be drastic changes to the old palace as it will be home to the banks and auctions and most likely the city council's meeting room so we can centralise all of the things to do with city admin.I intend to gut the inside of the palace and have a total remodel.
