    Nexus plots- GMs can and will discuss a plot if it is not being utilized for more than holding land. Should an agreement come to pass that it is this way they can motion to revoke ownership of the plot to open the land up for someone else to use it. If this happens and chests or materials will be considered forfeit and will be claimable by the new plot owner. Again this is for land that is not being used for more than holding land. If this is the case a gm better not have the power to claim it for some god forbid purpose
