Such a change is worthless if there isn’t a cultural change within the AT (which is called something different but I’m is essentially the same thing) which isn’t as focused on simply accepting a bunch of people. It was something shoved down our throats when I was on the team, something many members of the team spoke out against but ultimately the admins can override any such complaints. The AT exist to aid the applicants in both processing the application and educating the applicant, if they need such, to the point where they could be at such a level of understanding where they can find their way in the server. The way not to go about helping that applicant is by making the application process easier and binding the hands of the AT to make them accept subpar applicants so that the server can essentially toss as many underdeveloped new players into the server and see which ones stick around. It’s the idea of throwing dung at a wall and seeing what sticks, not only is it a disservice to the applicant but also the server. Do what’s right and let the AT work more within themselves(without as much admin intervention), since the team tends to be made up of the best intentioned people within the server, let them moderate the applicants to a standard that they think is best rather than telling them that the criteria for apps needs to be made easier and that they need to be accepting more people rather than putting people on pending for various biography discrepancies. The members of the AT know how ruthless the community is towards new players and they want to best prepare these new players so that the veteran player finds less reason to pick on the newbie. Tarren I recently contacted you about an issue regarding the AT and ultimately I do believe that such an issue stems back to admin interference with the AT before your time as a part of the administration, the admins asked for apps such as the problematic one I showed you to be accepted so that they could continue along the thought pattern of throwing newplayers to the sharks and seeing which ones survive.

It’s the wiki compared to the accepted racial lore post on the forums that, I believe, was written by the LT. It doesn’t make sense for any race except for elves to live to 1000 since that’s their limit and they rely on their aengulic blessing "Malin, may your forests be a sanctuary of peace and your children long lived.” I only know of a single one and they were given a warning 30 weeks ahead of time that they were approaching that 400 year old limit and should probably begin looking for a way to either prolong their characters life or bring their character’s story to a close. These are the mortal races, turning a blind eye to certain lore for the convenience of a few players damages the integrity of the entire story of the server.

This issue has already been resolved by the LT and this post exists to codify those decisions. Flambo has said, because I did ask him, that Olog hybrids would not require a CA unless they are abused to a point where such a solution seems needed. feel free to make an actual suggestion as to what those drawbacks should be. currently braduks are limited to be born through legitimate bloodline rp, similar to the restrictions on noble families. though I do need to make the ammendment to make clear the separation between the hybrids of the uruk/olog and the braduks.

If the staff truly does outright refuse to enforce the server’s lore then I imagine such a situation would be brought to the entire server’s attention through a public report, also to stop beating around the bush we’re talking about Hedgehug pretty much and he doesn’t particularly fancy breaking the server lore afaik.

These hybrids aren’t meant to be additional subtypes exactly but rather to clarify the boundaries of the potential breeding results that orcs may have have. Recently there was an issue I observed where a player was playing a half-olog character to circumvent the CA process attached to Ologs. Also the redlines for Orogs that I have laid out are not a change, these are the current limitations that Flamboyant asked to be made to the Braduks about... 6 months ago maybe?
