Heartlander, Highlander, and Farfolk work just fine and are already integrated into rp and lore. These classification serve to group together various cultures and ethnicities that bear either similar or related lore, and also cut back the need for every culture to receive its own character card race. Character cards shouldn't be used for anything more than what can be figured out from a glance at a character, and culture should especially be emphasized via roleplay as it is not always immediately apparent. My guess is that rune cannons could either be made into a cultural variant or a specialized artillery piece, preferably the latter. I would like to see reforms to siege engines because there is hardly any advantage or difference between current devices.

The tiles to the north by the dwarves do touch the core Orenian tiles, this map doesn't display the exact borders quite right. As for the land over by the welves, since they're vassals to the Empire they were used to grab up the land it wanted.
