You can't, simple as. Someone has to leak the report on you.

if someone is confidentially reported by a group of individuals do you tell that person what instances got them banned precisely, what screenshots of leaked chats or dms, what vcs (of which they can all presume were with certain people)? 

Or do you tell them what got them banned, on an indefinite ban, not expecting just an immediate appeal down the line treating a ban as an arbitrary time-out

if you show people exactly why they're banned, you destroy any and all confidentiality that goes into reporting. There is no safety in safety reports if you just have everything shown to the reported (and afterward, anyone they so choose).
