Incorrect. Managing an online gaming community of upwards of 300 'consumers' is a valued level of experience for most employers. As an employer and also someone who received my current position due to my work on MassiveCraft and other community servers, it is much more beneficial than people realise. Oh my food is here. Bye.

It's almost like community management is a valuable skill that employers look for when recruiting.

I personally think Lord of the Craft should be turned into what it essentially is: A Dating Simulator. Enough people use it for Pixel ***** anyway, why not just endorse it like DateCraft? Imagine this: DateCraft.. But with NEXUS.

You're a good man, @Wrynn, keep up the good work and don't let the **** bog you down. Take breaks when you feel it getting to you, that's the best advice I can give you; I sure as hell didn't when I should have.

I’m not going to make a big post about this, it isn’t needed. I’m henceforth resigning from all positions on Lord of the Craft. This will please some, and anger others, but it is a decision I have made. I’ve had a good run, I’ve worked my ass off day in day out for this server and this community. I’ve rushed home from hospital to set up Warclaims, I’ve lost sleep over handling the community and frankly, I’ve worn thin. I will not overstay my welcome, I will not cling to my position when I know that another, more passionate Admin could be chosen from among the Ranks. I’m proud of the work I’ve put in, I’m pleased with the friends I’ve gained, and I’m apathetic to those who disagree. Thank you for having me, Lord of the Craft, it’s been an unforgettable experience. I genuinely hope you do well in future endeavours, and I will not forget the past year and a half where I have served as Staff. I will, however say one thing. From my experience as an Administrator, I can guarantee that the job is not an easy one. It's hard, it's gruelling, and god knows it's a thankless job. We work our ass off for this server and the criticism we get is second to none. You may not like us, you may be angered by our decisions, but we're still people. Bear that in mind when communicating with the Administration, and realise that it isn't all their fault. We're all to blame for problems that occur. Working with 501, Telanir and Beast was an amazing experience, I love them all and hope they do well from this point onward. Farewell. -Thomas <#
