(( Accepted )) Welcome to the Vangarian Order! We only pay our men when we are hired, and that can be whenever but we do intend to be a strong mercenary group .

(Arnold De Cervole) Duty The Vangarian Order is lead by Arnold De Cervole. The company is not under any nation, and only takes orders from superior officers or the leader Arnold De Cervole. Your duty is to fight for the company, by all means necessary, as well as help and commit to the company by using your own skills you have practiced to aid the company. The Vangarian Order is a mercenary group for hire for any nation, group, or person. The order is stationed in Urguan, but is not a vassal of the nation. The order fights for money, power, and any needs that can lead for the Order to benefited. The Order isn't a noble house of any kind, and the men of the Order will not take any side of any monarchy, unless for the reasons as stated above. (Vangarian Order) Ranking: The Imperator The Imperator is the general or leader of the Order, in which case is Arnold De Cervole. All orders must be followed through by the General. No one outranks the General and may not command the general. If a command is not followed through by the General's Orders, then severe punishments will be given. Centurions The Centurions are under the General and will overlay any commands the General gives, as well as give commands to lower ranks. The Centurions are the second highest rank in the whole Order, are the second in command for the Imperator. A Centurion is not only chosen because of his fighting skills, but as well as his knowledge on combat and aid to the Order itself. Legates The Legates are under the Centurion Rank, and are only chosen by the Centurions. The Legates are the enforcers of all commands given by the Centurions or the Imperator himself. The Legates are allowed to use any means necessary to get a order done, even if it risks his life. A member of the Order can only prove himself to be a Legate, if he is a capable fighter, as well as an ardent strategist. Evocati The Evocati are soldiers who have been in at least two fights with the order, either from going to raids, capturing other lands, or protecting the order or its members. The Evocati can only be given the rank if a superior member was there at the time of the fight, raid etc, Or if three other members under the rank of Legates can vouch that you had gone to the certain fight. Munifex The Munifex is a recruited soldier, who has minimal training. The Munifex must prove himself in battle to gain higher in the ranks as well as aid the order by using his own set of skills. The Munifex takes orders from everyone but the Evocati. The Munifex is only supposed to give respect to Evocati. Equipment: All equipment will be provided by the group. The Munifex will be provided with chain gear and a sword, but the Evocati and higher ranks will be provided with iron gear and better equipment. Recruitment Requirements: Anyone is able to join the order. It is the Imperators choice on who gets accepted or not. All races are accepted as long as they follow the superior's order and fights for the Vangarian Order. One joining the Vangarian Order, you pledge your life to the Order. You must ask permission from the Imperator to leave.
