I think caffeine consumption is good but only when used strategically and infrequently. Consuming caffeine daily and depending on it for enough energy to complete day to day activities in my opinion is bad. What do others think?
Wholly agree with this. Cut down on my own excessive coffee consumption (before which I was a jovial active kid, not relying on caffeine) and in only a week saw my otherwise indolent energy rise to such high orders! Yes, truly. I beckon folks here with caffeine addiction to try it out.
