      @Man of Respect grinding is kinda boring IMO. RP > grinding

      That's a good point, also Nexus is never coming back even if it was a great plugin. Apparently it caused too many server issues. In your free time, you could head to the CT and do some of the missions there where you basically kill mobs, get their items, and sell them for minas.

      I just hang out in Dunshire all the time. The community is nice and it’s not too noisy or rowdy there.

    Bring back grinding, it fits very well with LOTC. Since your goal is to end up fighting someone somewhere and being better then they are, or becoming rich which is way better on LOTC since theres actual people.

      But an RPG game without grinding makes the whole experience an easy breeze right through. Theres something meditative and nice getting those higher levels and knowing my character is getting more stronger  through skill.  Not to mention, it extends playtime I know this is a disputed statement but I think less players will stay since they cannot level up like they could in versions before.

      LOTC isn't an RPG. Also most of our skilled Devs have grown up and gotten jobs so no matter how much folks ree on the forums the manpower, time and desire just isn't there for the people who have the ability to bring something like a 'new nexus' back to lotc.

      I guess you're right there probably will not be something as huge as Nexus coming to the server in the near future. But I still believe that the draw to get better at something in a game will always prolong a persons attention to a server. I actually got a sense of achievement when I had levelled up mining which was because of the server dynamic.

    I have to walk for so long just to get an RP, and when I get there the RP can be quite boring. Please, add some sort of progression system so I do not feel useless during the non-peak hours.

      If you cannot find much roleplay and do not enjoy the little roleplay you find, perhaps the server is not right for you.

      Why can't we just have some sort of progression system, every type of game or server has something like that? And also I'm just making a suggestion, you don't have to imply that the server isn't the right fit for me just because I have an idea.

    Every game has some sort of level system in terms of professions with rewards and such. So uh yep I want Nexus.
