Exander Brann would be walking through the forests of Tahn to unwind after a long day of work, the scent of pine and wet grass soothing him as the slow pitter of rain drops made a rhythm against his pauldrons. Turning from the path into the brush, Exander laid onto the damp ground, allowing the moisture to cling to his tabard, and chill his chainmail. Out of the corner of his eye he would notice what seemed to be movement, his head rising to look around. Perhaps it was his imagination? he thought to himself, though the feeling of being watched never left him. Exander rose slowly to his feet, noticing an empty trap beneath a nearby bush as he rose 'does someone live out here?' he would think once more, his eyes scanning the surrounding tree line. He would shake his head, droplets of water flying from his hair as he did so. As Exander made it back to his hall he would sit in his throne, the thought still bothering him, did he see someone out in the forest? Exander would let out a sigh as his eyelids grew heavy "I'll just have ta go back another day and find out . . ." He would say as he let out a yawn "perhaps they could join my House" he would let out before giving in to his exhaustion, falling asleep to the sound of his hearth.

It wasn't just Malgs chest, it was where the Ashguards gear was stored, all the gear we REPAIRED. Honestly our group was fucked over because we repaired our gear and didn't think to inspect every little detail of it and if this had happened to any other group I guarantee the majority of staff and players would have reacted differently. Same thing happens when gear is given a description too. EDIT: After this I found a glitched weapon in my chest, it had 6 attack instead of 5 and when I did /convert it didn't work (Said "this item is already converted" or something similar). I could see how people could be confused by that.

That is an extreme example, whereas this involves gear that had already been converted in the past, then suddenly being unconverted after being repaired because the devs let something slip by. How often do you stop and think "better check my converted gear!" maybe learn about the situation before responding.

Yes, Malg has a record. But none of you know how hard he has tried to bring it around, his most recent bans have been severely unjust and he has provided more rp for not only our nation, but the others around us, and given a few ET something to do. He has been trying his hardest but it seems that most people would rather hold onto his actions in the past, rather then his actions in the present.

You make yourself sound like an idiot with posts like this. This was the reason they were banned, if you did the same thing as they did you should have been banned as well. I am happy however that you aren't as this topic wasn't made to "#FREE(insert name)" but to point out unjust treatment. If I had heard that this happened to anyone else (that includes you) I would have said the same thing, it just so happened that it was people I knew. Along with that our group was just about to begin a big rp event, and Malg was very important to it, had this happened to any other group I assure you their people would be rightly upset as we are, the only difference is they wouldn't be given **** for it.

I singled out Haense because they're the only other group that I know of that has been in a PVP event recently, and were involved in the conflict that I believe this stems from. Any Finger pointing I do, I do because its relevant. And I do appreciate you only quoting me asking Haense be searched when I also said Yes I do say Haense specifically, But I mention that Every "house, keep, or city" should be searched. After that I even say that we have begun to make sure we have no more gear like this "as should every player". I'm sure you understand why I didn't list every house, keep, and city by name and instead group them together, but if you'd like I would try if it made me be taken more serious.

Exactly, we even brought it up with a GM, but apparently the (from what ive been told, take this with a grain of salt) GM and Dev who banned them said its "not their issue if the GM we talked to last Night didn't tell them what we talked about."

After todays events its clear that there are a certain few who will stop at no length, and grasp for the smallest thing when it comes to "attacking" our group. Today we had 4 of our guys who are pretty high up in our leadership banned for what we presume to be glitched weapons. This takes place directly after the 3v15, where the 2 Norlanders Malg, and Silent. And 1 Dwarf MCPancakes defeated the 15 Haensemen; our men barely won but they did due to meatloaf, top tier gear, and strategic potion usage. Directly after accusations of glitched weapons were thrown around and one was found in the inventory of a single member of the 3 though the weapon was not the one they used in the battle, and immediately given to a GM (which was public knowledge). After that a few members of our group found out that repairing certain pieces of equipment glitched it (we just confirmed this with 5 axes, all 5 became glitched for each person who did it), duplicating its stats but for most armor made it unwearable unless /converting which returned it to its normal state. This glitch was reported to a GM last night and if the GM has had yet to report it, it is hardly our groups fault. Along with that LeLapin wasn't even involved in the skirm, he's actually been trying to start an orc group and has massed a decent sized clan already, yet he was banned with the 3 for what seems to be the same reason. We also just learned that all our gear has been taken, but apparently its being given back because it was glitched? If our gear was glitched because of some off chance while repairing then it sounds like a mistake on the dev teams part and not because we don't constantly inspect every piece of equipment that gets circulated around for an issue we had no knowledge of up until we found it. And if this glitch is real why haven't people from other nations been banned? surly if someone had known of this it would have been fixed much earlier and not have been an issue now. If you're going to search every chest in our kingdom, you better search every chest in every other players house, keep, or city to find these weapons and those with them should have them taken too. I would also like to request that the haensemen's gear be searched if they haven't /converted it already as we told people of the glitch earlier. But I noticed that eventually the bans lessoned and we seemed to be viewed, and treated just as any other group. But now I'm seeing our group treated as we were in the past, the time in between this conveniently happens to be the fall of Oren. To say that we were abusing these glitches knowingly is a falsehood and slandering, this glitch first most should have never been something that made it past the devs, and should have been something the community worked with the staff on, not something we were shut out of. And if you are going to take all our gear could you please make a broadcast telling people to not come try and raid, or simply bring toxicity because they know that we've been "neutered". Norland will still bring active people to the server, and we will continue to try and achieve nation status no matter how many hurdles may be placed in front of us. We want nothing more then to enjoy our time here, but its hard when people take themselves too seriously or are unwilling to let go of past things done on a Minecraft Roleplay server. I without a doubt think that anyone who has participated in a Warclaim, Raid, Skirm, etc... has used a glitched piece of equipment if it had been repaired at any point recently. EDIT EDIT: Coding is hard, I know. Things can go wrong if even a single thing is missing or misplaced, but others shouldn't be punished for something that slipped past the dev funnel into the playerbase that expected things to work just as they did before the reset.
