He reached into the inside of his coat and pulls out a stack of papers clipped together that read "The Imperial Elves, and the Elf place in Canonism". Parce began to read the essay. As he was close to the end of the essay he couldn't help but smile as he was reminded of what GOD gave the Elves. "The Elves are indeed blessed. . ." he looked up at the old stone ceiling "I have hope one day the discrimination against the Elves will end. I hope to see much more Elven Canonists in the following years." he signed the Lorraine as he folds the essay and tucks it away into his inner coat pocket once more. As he stood up Parce would mutter "GOD bless Earnest Banks."
