      These are the past Maherals who apparently voted on the Braxus being Maheral, they ultimately as a result control how Haelun'or might develop and who gets to progress, what is the IRP reasoning for half of these people to have voted for Braxus when none of them IRPly should know what is going on because they don't log on, how do they even vote when they don't even log on to vote IRP. If they want to affect the server IRP, then they should at the very least log in and RP on a RP server.
