Did really people report random dudes who have made 0 malicious RP comments? I don't know, when you see a post with 50+ answers and no comment removed, I don't think I should be the one reporting all the 30 comments in there even when moderators saw what's happening. I think giving people even small warnings over writing like "The Ancient thing smiles at x" is not going to improve the forum standards as there are more issues to handle for sure.

Yes, people really did report all those posts. Not every mod moderates the forums, the ones that do don't see everything that's posted. If you report even just one post, the whole thread is more likely to be moderated by a forum moderator. There are indeed many issues to deal with, virtually all of them can be handled simultaneously by the team.
