its not 19^th century but theres a lot of books by Stenkewcz (p sure im spelling his name wrong) dealing with the Cossack wars and the deluge. theres a set called the trilogy which is really good if you can find a translation that isn't ass and a good campy polish movie on the first book called with fire and sword if you look it up on youtube
