-A letter is has been slid underneath the gate to the cihi-

To the occupants of the High Elven city and to its government,

I Tahjeet Mubdee (a valah), would like to seek homage in your sparkling city of perfection. I have made the acquaintance with a few of your kind, Ev and Kalenz in particular (his departure saddens me greatly) and I am sure I can make the acquaintance and even friendship of the other High Elves within the city. I seek homage in your city for it is the symbol of purity. A place where knowledge is valued and cherished and ideas are shared and explored. I plan to contribute to the city in the best way that I can by writing and publishing my literary works and my research along with sharing my own personal library of many books.

I do wish for serious consideration in this appeal and hope the best of you all. If you do wish to speak to me, return a letter to the Ministry of Contemplation -the current place of my employment- addressed to Phrenal Mubdee.

Thank you,

Tahjeet Mubdee

Seth takes up the letter and reads it, he shakes his head a little. "Wishing to stay now?" He says quietly to himself, he walks up to the notice board near the inn and pinns it, adding a note under it.

"For and against."
Under this short title, a line in the middle to split it into two boxes with lines to write their name, the first lines is each filled with "For" and "Against" accordingly, he leaves without setting down his vote.

-Tahjeet thinks that perhaps it would be best to meet with the rest of the High Elves first-

Kaelthes strolls about, his mind set upon the recent activity of the Mali of Luminaire. Reading the note, he sighs rather half-heartedly.

"I still disapprove of the reformed Mali'ker in our city. I shan't pander with some enlightened valah's request for shelter."

Seth shakes his head a little as he sees no one has written their name on any of the two lists. "It seems they all are too neutral on this case. I shall give it nuit karim before I send his respond." He says to himself before leaving it once again.

Ceruberr frowns gently as his eyes linger over the name.

"Tahjeet...that name is famili-"

Ceruberr suddenly has a flashback of his years with the Delvers, an image of Tahjeet comes to mind. He mostly remembers his odd accent and dark skin.

"My, I never thought I would hear from this one again. He was one of the more decent Delvers...However everyone with the authority to accept this has left or disappeared from the cihi, except Delonna.."

Ceruberr exhales slowly and quietly before making his way to the Eternal Library. Keeping an eye out for Delonna.
