As Faeron looks around he notices the men on the cliff with a worried look on his face. He squints his eyes to see if he can tell who they are but fails and slowly walks off back to Abresi.

Rymeul shakes his head "Teutons had that land way before ye did.."

As you travel deeper into the North you find some ruins, carved in one of the stone pillars is "Lark was here"

The Beetle Man sits on a ledge, his tiny black bugs crawling all over him, resistant to the cold. The frigid temperatures of the north were not as cold when you got used to them.  Suddenly, a tiny black smudge moving across the white wasteland of the North catches his eye.

 

"What is this. . .no brother travels like that. Has a guest summed up his courage to step in the lands of the master? Perhaps an insane one who's mind has been lost. . .yes, perhaps a mad one. Lets not bother ourselves now. . .no-oh-oh~! The cold will get them. . .and if not the cold the creatures will get them. . and if not the creatures we will get them. . .mhmm yes! Yes we will!"

 

The beetle man cackles madly, as his wicked laughter echoing off the mountains sides and ancient pillars, filling the north with dread, as he starts singing a strange tune and makes his way to the Cave.

Grand Kaptein Sylen continues his way Northward, unseen in his camouflaged furs and thick warm cloak. He leaves faint tracks, walking with 'snow-shoes', that disappear behind him in the wind, making him almost invisible to the Black Scourge. He knows he must find out what they are planning, and make sure the information makes it's way back to Wintermont, where it can be used to prepare.

 

He thinks quietly to himself, thanking the two morons that are drawing the attention of the Scourge, allowing him to move even more unseen...
